Girls, Girls, Girls

Girls Girls Girls, the world’s first and greatest all-girl tribute to Motley Crue, hails from New York City and has taken the world by storm since their breakout performance at a New Jersey strip club in 2007.
From their very start, Girls Girls Girls took off like a rocket. During only their second month of performing, they found themselves opening for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ sold-out Webster Hall show at the request of the band. New York Times best selling rock author Chuck Klosterman requested the ladies perform with him at a special reading/performance at NYC’s Highline Ballroom. The Girls proceeded to bring their saucy female version of Motley Crue’s greatest hits and fan favorites to clubs along the Eastern seaboard and beyond. Most notably, they found themselves in Alaska’s biggest rock club, playing the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas with Guns & Roses’ Gilby Clarke, as well as the USA’s largest St. Patrick’s Day rock celebration at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. They have been a beloved part of the New York rock scene, not known for its warmth towards tribute bands. They also appeared as featured guests on VH1 Classic’s “That Metal Show,” being interviewed by comedic co-hosts Don Jamieson and Jim Florentine in a hysterical segment about tribute bands.
The Girls broke up in 2009 but reunited in May of 2012 for a knock-out reunion show to a packed house at NYC’s Brooklyn Bowl. The success of the reunion show and the reaction of fans was so enormous that the band decided to reunite for good. They have been thrilling audiences across the country ever since.
Known for their sexy chic rocker attire adorned with leather, chains, spikes and thigh-high boots, the band delivers the music with a flirtatiously feminine twist. Their sometimes unpredictable live performances defy what a ‘tribute’ band should be. They inject their own personalities into the mix and wind up original sounding, rebellious and sharp. The band consists of four dynamic women whose energies explode when hitting the stage. Blonde heartthrob and frontwoman Vixen Neil charms and captivates audiences with her fierce vocals and outrageous stage antics. Mercedes Mars, an accomplished musician from years on the NYC metal and punk scene, commands the lead solos with ease and finesse. Tiny powerhouse Tawny Lee provides the hard and steady backbone on drums, while occasionally wooing the crowd on other songs that call for keys or rhythm guitar. California newcomer Lucky Sixx puts the bad-ass in bass while stealing your heart.
Girls covers all eras of Motley Crue musically without trying to emulate one specific look, retaining some of their own originality in the process. Embodying the same decadence and spirit of rock that the world’s most notorious rock band made famous, every show is a party!! Expect all the same dirty, old-school rock’n'roll fire and excitement of the live Crue, but amped up with a little more hairspray and higher heels. Don’t miss the party when they blast through your town!
